Communication

At Serene Dental Hygiene, we do ALOT of communicating thru texting. There are a few reasons for this.

1. Lori is hearing impaired and sometimes has a hard time understanding people on the phone. Though she has gotten much better since having her cochlear implants done over this past year.
2. Many people tell us they like the convenience of texting versus phone calls. This allows people to answer questions or to confirm an appointment at their convenience while at work or play.
3. Since Lori works alone, she can more easily send or answer a text quickly in between patients versus trying to catch a person by phone during a ten minute window between patients.

If you prefer to communicate by phone, no problem. Just know that Lori will always try to call you back the same day, but it may be after hours.

Lori takes calls and texts 7 days a week. This is one more way she will give you personalized attention.
